We are looking for a talented and dedicated General Manager who has the ability to motivate, inspire, train and lead this team to the highest level. Ideally this candidate will have extensive experience leading and managing restaurant operations in a high-volume, fine casual, full service environment. The General Manager is responsible for all restaurant functions of opening, mid and closing shifts to include: guest relations, leading, coaching, developing all staff, chefs and managers, proper staffing levels, restaurant ambience, housekeeping, food, beverage, dessert quality, safety and pace. The General Manager ensures that the shift is run in a smooth manner and attends to any unexpected problems or emergencies that may arise. The General Manager is responsible for leading and achieving staffing, scheduling, financial goals and staff, manager and chef development of the restaurant.
