Must have the following *Supervisory experience working in a restaurant, must have been a lead cook or sous chef * Must be comfortable leading and working seamlessly throughout the kitchen assisting in different facets of the kitchen. * Should be fairly knowledgeable about food, preparation, food costing and ordering. * Ideal candidate will have open availability Monday through Sunday, able to lead a team and be able to make guests a priority. * The emphasis is on impeccable food production and being in it to win it. We are looking for someone that is excited to join a staff excited with hospitality and great food.
