Job Description

You would have Sous experience in a high volume restaurant setting for a minimum of 3 years. You must have knowledge of food cost and how to keep it in line. The workload is 50 to 55 hour week. You must have catering experience. We run a lot of parties at Sundown and at the Granada Theater. You must love customer service and appreciate fresh food. Please look at our menu online.
